I have called the school multiple times and they are unable to help me. They have confirmed that my email is correct, but I have forgot my password. I am unable to reset because the multiple times that I have requested the email for forgot username/password I never receive that email. I have even created a new account but again unable to login as I do not receive the verification email to verify. I need help!!
They school DOES have the ability to reset a parent password to PowerSchool on their end. They need to either assist you or take a few minutes and get help on their end. PowerSchool isn't complicated enough for them to do the right thing and fix your account.
