I keep getting blocked because I already have an account, but I can't get information regarding my username or password.

While I reach out to you over a case to discuss this further, this article will provide the most common reasons you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource.

Did all the stuff. Nothing works. I'm in, but when I try to apply for a position on Boston Public School "Talent Ed," it sends me back here and says that my password is wrong. I might not be able to get my summer job because of this.

Hello, 

 I have been trying to log in with my work email and password and its telling me they are incorrect. I have reset the password and used the link to log in that comes in the email after resetting and getting the same response of them being incorrect. I have tried calling the support number and it just gives me a dead tone, I have also sent an email to support with no response. I am trying to get into My Business Plus through PowerSchool, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The BusinessPlus Support personnel in your district might also be able to assist you.

What is the reason I can't login, despite having request password change link and never getting one.

I'm trying to log in to apply for jobs, but the website won't let me, It keeps saying "wrong email or password" despite having reset the password numerous time. Is there a way to resolve this?

I am unable to log into my school spring account.  I keep changing my password it then asks me to transfer my previous information.  I ask to "skip" instead of transfer and it will not let me past the screen to proceed into school spring.  Please advise.  This is a real problem as I cannot apply for any positions in my district.  

 

Please advise ASAP. 

Despite saving my username and password in Google, it does not work.  I believe you have transposed the fields for username and email address in your software. Can't log in, don't receive reset emails. can't apply with your customers for a job 😞

I have a log in for the Community but Schoology is not listed. How do I get that added to my products in Community?

Hello! I recently made an account however I am unable to log in with my email and password on the PowerSchool app. I am attempting to finish registering my son for his first year of Kindergarden. I am able to log in on my ipad but there is limited access and I dont seem to have the option to complete the registration via ipad. 

I am not able to sign in because the website is down.
