Not sure if this is the right place to submit schoology tickets. We are having an issue where a bunch of students are not able to submit assignments through Schoology on there Chromebooks. When they attempt to submit an assignment the files are grayed out and unable to select. They are attempting to upload Google Docs, where do we go about fixing this issue?
You should contact your school (or District) Schoology technical contact and have them contact Schoology directly. If you click SUPPORT at the very bottom of your Schoology account, you should see their names.
I am the Schoology administrator. Recently accepted this role in my school district.
Make sure your customer success account agent or other technical contact adds you so you can create a live chat or contact the Schoology Help Desk directly. There is also a specific Schoology Administrator forum that people are more likely to see than this one. Many technical contacts don't follow anything other than ADMIN forums on here.
