Schoology PowerSchool Grade Sync

I sync my Schoology grades to PowerSchool and 95% of the time it works. However, every so often an assignment will not sync and says error in my PowerSchool app in Schoology. I have all my settings correct, since all the other assignments get synced over correctly. Any ideas on why an assignment here and there have errors syncing up?
