upload Proof of residence link not working

When I click on 'click here' to upload proof or residence doc it takes me to a page not available. I have tried different browsers but still not working. Any one know what I can do ?

Thank you for posting your question in the Community.

If you have already submitted your Enrollment forms, you will not be able to upload the documents to it. I would suggest reaching out to the school district directly to see if they will receive those documents via email or alternatives to do that.
