ADDING INFORMATION IS NOT POSSIBLE. I AM TRYING TO HELP PARENTS. SYSTEM DOES NOT ACCEPT EMAILS FROM PARENTS WHO ALREADY HAVE USED THEIR EMAIL FOR PRIOR SIBLINGS. THE SYSTEM SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE ANY EMAIL AND PARENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO BACK IN THE SYSTEM AND NAVIGATE IT AND CHANGE INFORMATION.

Yes, on the first one. Parents wanting to update information on a submitted or completed form are not allowed.
Second, a parent enrolling a child in kinder for the first time with older siblings attending elementary in the same district are not allowed to use the same email.
the system does not allow parents to proceed.
Also there is no save button for an application.

Due to security reasons, any changes to the submitted form can only be made by the school/ district. You can learn more about it here.
