I went to register my daughter yesterday and spend 3 hours trying to do so but i keep getting the following error message.
no one at the school was able to help me. I have a job and do not have time to keep going back up to the school.
Please guide me.
Unable to locate a roster record in PowerSchool Enrollment with a matching student ID.
You would need to reach out to your school directly and they should be able to assist you with this as enrolling students is handled at the school level. They can also create a case with PowerSchool Enrollment support if that is necessary.
