"Sign in Problem" when I click on the returning student registration 2021-2022

"Sign in Problem" when I click on the returning student registration 2021-2022

Clicking on the registration will lead me to an error message that reads "Sign in Error."

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how can I fix it?

I recommend clearing your browser data and again try to replicate this issue. Also, please replicate this issue in a different browser. I recommend reviewing this article

Would you please confirm if you are using Parent portal Single Sign On (SSO) for accessing the forms or logging in directly on the site?

 

In case you are using SSO, you can firstly:

 

  • Try accessing the site in a different web browser (for example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try accessing the form in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).
  • Clear your cache and cookies.
