cannot submit form

I am trying to register my prek child and cannot submit the form. Ther date of birth cannot even be edited. everything is correctly done, looked over it a few times.

If a field within the Enrollment form remains greyed out, it indicates that the field has been set to Read-Only and was pre-populated from your school district's database. I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district and they should be able to assist you in making the necessary changes.
