I was able to re-enroll one of my daughters for school but her twin sister I cannot. It keeps saying their is a sign-in problem. How can I get this resolved?
Hi. Same here. I already enroll my older daughter, but I can't enroll my young daughter. It says, "(her student ID) XXXXX not authorized for user".
I can see her grades, attendance, etc, and I was abel to click on "Start", and then appear "....no authorized for user".
Technical Support phone is not working also 😞
Remember that re-enrollment is not necessary - all you are doing is the annual information update. If they attended last year they are already enrolled. It's giving me the same thing. Thinking it might be best to try again in a day or so...
