I was able to enroll my first child today, but I cannot enroll my second child as her name does not appear in the Spring School ISD HAC. Both children are returning students to Spring ISD. Tried to call the number provided but keep getting a message to call back later. I can see my 2 children in the mobile app under "My Account", but not in HAC. S/N: I never received a SnapCode and somehow I was still able to register first child. Instructions provided by Spring ISD do NOT mention a SnapCode.
I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties submitting the Enrollment form. I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment family support team by clicking on this direct link and they should be able to assist you in enrolling your child in school.
