Unable to Register One of My children- no update enrollment button

I have a kindergartener that is going into 1st grade and his registration button in HAC only has a demographics tab.  I called the school and they said I needed to reach out here.  I was able to complete my 4th grader's enrollment, so it's not a user issue.  Who can help with this?

The enrollment forms are designed according to the requirements specified by the school district and the same will be the case with the enrollment form of your school district. I recommend reaching out to the administrators in the Enrollment section of your school.
