Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID
I am trying to update the Emergency Contact form in PowerSchool, when I click on start to fill out the form I receive a message "Unable to locate a roster record in PowerSchool Enrollment with a matching student ID (2042579)."
My son has been in Parma City schools his whole life and has not had issues updating this form. Please advise.

Hi @lsorozak
If you are receiving the error message "Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID" while registering your child, the reason could be that there has been a mistake in the form where the Student ID has not been linked properly within the school and PowerSchool's portal. I recommend reaching out to your child's school as they should be in a better position to assist you with this issue.
