Sign in problem to update my daugher's Enrollment

I logged into CFISD Parent Portal to update my daughter's enrollment information. However when I clicked the link to start the process, I receive this message: Exception: StudentIdentifier: xxxxxx not authorized for user. It says there is a sign in error but I am already signed into my Parent Portal account.


There are numbers instead of the xxxxxx, but for privacy protection reasons, I replaced them.

This could be due to an error with the SSO link. This usually occurs when the server cannot fetch the student's details using the student ID. 


I recommend reaching out to your school district directly who should be able to assist you with enrolling your child in the school. We recommend reviewing this article Troubleshoot Error Message When Accessing SSO Registration for more information on troubleshooting these errors.
