After entering the returning student snapcode I received the following error message "ACTION CLOSED" "Returning Student Registration is not available" Our student registration window is 18JUL - 01AUG and is currently open today (27JULY).
If you attempt to access a form and the only screen that appears says “Action Has Closed”, this means that the form is not currently available. For more information on Troubleshooting Action Has Closed, you can review the article Troubleshoot: Action Has Closed.
It can be that the Snapcode is incorrect and is associated with the wrong form. You would need to report this to the district and ask them to resend the link to the correct form.
