Returning Student Registration - Unable to Locate Record with Matching Id

I am trying to open the form to enroll my child in provided "2020-2021 Returning Student Registration" but it is opening up the page with the following error:

"Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID
Unable to locate a roster record in PowerSchool Enrollment with a matching student ID (2xxxx2)"

As per school district's communications, returning school registrations have been started since 5th Jan 2021.

Please provide some help in this.

If you are receiving the error message "Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID" while registering your child, the reason could be that there has been a mistake in the form where the Student ID has not been linked properly within the school and PowerSchool's portal.  I recommend reaching out to your child's school as they should be in a better position to assist you with this issue.
