Registration for my kindergarten child

I am doing my son's registration and it requiring his latest report card but we don't have one as he went to 4k at Sunshine House and we have never received one. What am I to do? I need this before I can complete the registration process.

We recommend contacting the district office who should be able to assist you to get the latest report card.
