Acknowledgements Red Flag

I have attempted to complete the "Acknowledgements" section of the annual update and continue to see I have a red flag for this section.  I have reviewed this page multiple times and all sections could be completed were however the red flag is still appearing so I am not allowed to submit the form. 

I have tried to delete the form and restart it and I have the same issue, a red flag for Acknowledgements section.

How do I resolve this so that I can submit the Annual Enrollment update?

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties submitting the Acknowledgement section of the enrollment form.

I recommend reviewing Q&A Enrollment (Registration) Family Support for clearing browsers.

Another family shared a post at "if you're having trouble with the Acknowledgements Section..." that could be another resolution.
