My name is Milagros Martinez, I'm the Student Recruitment Manager at Brilla Paterson Charter School, located on 24 De Grasse st Paterson Nj 07505.
The Reason if this Email is because I'm having issues with the system, sometime it doesn't let me sign in.
Right now we are in the transition of school name changes from Brilla Paterson Charter School to Paterson Prep Charter School.
can you please look into our Powerschool and tell us what we have to do.
Another issue we have is that once families accept their child offer to a certain grade, we have to wait 24hrs in order to send snapcode to families. I have 2 families I cant send them snapcode in the system since Monday.
Please we need your support.
