Not able to register with my current account

Hi I am trying to pre-register for my PK and the system will not allow me to register. It is stating that the email I have on file already has an account for the system and when I put in my correct password and login I get an error that it doesn't exist. Please advise on how to do the online registration with the system not working. thank you.

If you are unable to remember the password to your account, I would suggest using the "Forgot Password" tool on the login page.  If you enter the email address that is currently associated with your account, you should receive a temporary password that will allow you to log into your account.  I recommend reviewing the articles listed below to confirm the email address associated with your Enrollment account and resetting your password.
