Lottery position no accept or decline button

My daughter was first seated in a lottery and the email indicates we should click on a supplied link and then decline or accept the seat. There are no buttons to click, we are just taken to a page that says first seated with her name and no other information.

I am having the same issue. Did you get resolution?

No 😫. I’m hoping the school will send out an email with more info. Other kids that were seated at my daughter’s school are also experiencing this, hopefully it’s just a simple tech issue that can be quickly fixed!

Our Enrollment solution specialists were able to reach out to your school district and resolve the issue within the lottery position form. 

 

You should now be able to accept/decline the child's lottery seat into the school district. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further queries.

I have also escalated the absence of the accept/decline button within the lottery position form to the team that assists your school district with the forms and will reach out to you with an update as soon as I hear from them.

Hi @sharbin

 

I am sorry you were unable to view the page to accept or decline your daughter's seat. Even though the Enrollment forms are optimized for all mobile devices, the best user experience is available on a laptop or computer on a Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox internet browser. I suggest accessing the link on a computer and advise you to clear the browser history, cache, and cookies of your browser.

 

I have provided an article here that should walk you through the process of clearing the history, cache, and cookies of your browser. 

 

If you are still unable to access the link after going through the above steps, I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you further with accepting or declining the lottery position of your daughter at the district.

I am having the same issue and am very confused because I went to the school and registered her and she is enrolled? Is there clarification on this because I can't click the links to accept or click anything.

Hi! @srschoelles 

 

The school notifies the parents through email or message if their registration was accepted.  You can verify your form’s status by following the steps listed in this article.
