Hello,
We are an American family that will be moving back to the USA after living in Germany for 4.5 years. I am trying to complete the address forms (for personal previous address and current school address) but system only allows US address format (requires a state) and only allows US phone number format. How can I correctly answer the required questions given the system restrictions?
