Error made in Submitted form

Hi,

How do you edit/correct an error after the form has been submitted? I only noticed the issue after printing out the completed form.

Hi! @imranbaksh 

Once the form is submitted, it cannot be edited as the information is sent directly to the school.  We recommend contacting your school directly in order to correct the information.
