Yes I'm having trouble trying to link my kids to my portal account. It say's that I need an access Id or password, and I don't have either. What should I do?

Hi @TiffanyMurray85,

The school district should have sent you an email on your registered email address with the Access ID and password. I recommend looking out for email communications from your school district and checking the spam/junk folders of your email address as well.

If you still can't find your Access Id & password then I recommend reaching out to the enrollment section of your school district as they should be able to share this information with you. I recommend reviewing this article for more information.
