I have filled out the application several times, I even tried different browsers, but when I go to press “submit”, nothing happens. Extremely frustrated and triple checked the form to see if I missed something, but all seems fine.

If you are not able to submit the application you can try clearing cache, cookies, and history of your internet browser and then try again.
In case, you are still facing any issues, we recommend reaching out to your district who should be able to assist you further with the form.
