Application for Charter schools and base public school at the same time

I have applied for a charter school for my daughter, but that one was selected in the form of lottery, so I may not be able to choose it. Can I apply for a school district public school at the same time as I apply for a charter school?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I understand your concern, but this depends on the policies set by your school district. I recommend reaching out to the enrollment section of your school district as they will be in a better position to let you know if you can apply for their school after applying for another within the same district.
