Summary
The PowerSchool Parent Portal requires a username and password to successfully log in. Parent Portal credentials are considered confidential student information and can only be accessed by specific individuals at your school district. If you have forgotten your username or password for the Parent Portal, we would suggest reaching out to your school district directly for further assistance.
However, there are a few steps you can follow before contacting your school district.
Resolution
- Check your email for any communication from your school district regarding the Parent Portal. You may be able to find your username in those records.
- Try the “Forgot Password” tool to test which email address may be associated with your account.
Still Not Working?
If these steps do not help you access the form, contact your school district’s registration department for further assistance.

Good morning! I'm interested in adding information to transcripts, but I cannot figure out how to do that. I see information that shows how to set up a transcript from scratch, but how do you simply add information to existing templates? For example, I would like SAT scores, extra-curricular activities, and other credentials (such as created under Academic and Career Plans), or credentials earned to show up on student transcripts. Please advise.
