Why am I getting the error "We are sorry, but you are unable to start this form"?
Answer
This error occurs when the student is linked to a different user account and the parent/guardian are trying to access the form using another account. To resolve such errors, please reach out to your school district. They will assist you with linking the student to the correct user account.
