Quick links on the Ideas Portal:We have added the quick links for Getting Started, Start a discussion, Live Chat, Case Portal, Roadmap, and Events to the Ideas Portal page. These are set to reflect based on the district access level that the user has in the community.
Audit functionality on KB Articles pages:We have introduced a field ‘Last Reviewed’ which will be seen by the users on a knowledge base article if it has been audited by our knowledge management team.

Chat Form Load Time:Previously, users associated with multiple accounts experienced a long load time when accessing the chat form. This has been resolved.
Case Form Error Message:The period before the exclamation in the case form error message has been removed.
Case From Information Icon Update:We have updated the background color for the hover at the information icon on the case form to be consistent with the information icon functionality throughout the community.
