How-To: Create an Account with a Phone Number

For parents who do not have an active email account, PowerSchool Enrollment also offers the ability to create an account with a cell phone number.

This is option is only available if your school district has authorized it. If you do not have an email account and there is no option to create an account with your cell phone number, we suggest reaching out to your school district for further assistance.

 

Solution

  1. Click the link that was provided to you by your school district to access the log in portal.
  2. Click on the option that says “Create Account”.
  3. In the section that starts with “Don’t Have an Email Address?”, click the hyperlink that reads “Or, you may create your PowerSchool Enrollment account with your cell phone number.”
    • If this phrase does not appear in that section, your school has not authorized the use of cell phones to create accounts. Please contact your school directly for further assistance.
  4. Complete the account set-up, entering your cell phone number in the appropriate field, then click “Create Account”.
  5. To sign back into your account later from the log in portal, click “Sign into your account using your cell phone number”, then enter your cell phone number and password.
