How To: Add Students to the Parent Portal

Summary

To access your student’s Enrollment forms via the PowerSchool Parent Portal, you will first be required to add your student’s account to your Parent Portal account. You will need your student’s Access ID and password to accomplish this; if you have not received either your student’s Access ID or password, please reach out to your school district to receive them.

Once you have received your student’s Access ID and password, you can add them to your Parent Portal account by following the steps below.

 

Resolution

  • Once you sign in to the web portal, you should be able to see the Account Preferences on the left menu. Click on it.
  • Under Account Preferences, click on the Students tab.

Still Not Working?

I do not have the "student tab" that you are referencing.

 

I am unable to do anything pertaining to my students on here. I’m lost

The New Student Contact page appears. In the Selection Type pop-up, indicate whether Aspen should display Related Contacts, All People or All Contacts. Make your selection, and then click OK.

There are no add student tab! Can you not just sent a link to that part? We get "how" to do it its the" were" we are having a hard time with!

I also do not have a student tab. Did anyone ever figure out how to make it show up? 

there is no tab for students please 

I really need to add my kid there is no student tab for me as well! Can you just give us all a link or just add the student tab back please!
