How to find details regarding my PowerSchool contacts? 

The customer should look for PowerSchool contacts on the Community page (Customer Success tab)

 

How can the school find the open support cases for the school account? 

Any technical contact can find this information on the support case portal. 

 

How can I find information on upcoming webinars and free events within the PowerSchool community? 

  1. To view upcoming webinars or free events within the PowerSchool community: 
    Visit the PowerSchool Community Website 
  2. Go to the PowerSchool Community portal: PowerSchool Community. 
  3. Navigate to the Events Section: Look for a section or tab labeled “Events” or “Webinars” on the community homepage or in the navigation menu. 
  4. Filter or Search for Upcoming Events: Use filters or search options to view upcoming webinars and free events. 
  5. Check the PowerSchool Blog or Announcements: Regularly check the PowerSchool blog or announcements section for updates on events. 
  6. Subscribe to PowerSchool Newsletters: Subscribe to newsletters or email updates to receive notifications about upcoming events. 

 
If you need specific assistance or have trouble finding the information, you can reach out to your PowerSchool representative by submitting a CS form.

What is PowerSchool customer connect portal? 

Customer Connect is our new self-service customer account portal as part of our Customer Journey  
initiative. This feature is currently live on PowerSchool Community. 
Below are the details you can find in Customer Connect Tab: 
1) Support: Support IDs, PowerSchool contacts, CSAT  
and other stats, and Technical Contact  
management 
2) Services: Implementation Projects,  
Training/Consulting Details, Project Risks and  
Issues, Survey Results, and Quick Links for  
Additional Services 
3) Add/Delete Technical Contacts  
 
Please note - Only Technical Contacts can access the PowerSchool Community Portal. 

 

How can we know who is our Customer Succes Manager (CSM) on the account? 

You can access Customer Connect on the PS Community Page to find your Customer Success Manager. 
Please note - Only Technical Contacts can access the PowerSchool Community Portal. 

 

How to check a list of all the active products on my account? 

The customer can look for active assets on the Community page. Steps: Customer Contact -> Products.  Link: help@powerschool.com

If the existing technical contact for the school wants to add or remove someone as a technical contact, whom should they reach out? 

If the existing technical contact for the school wants to add or remove someone as a Technical contact, please connect with the CSM via the CS digital form and the assigned CSM assigned to your case will be able to work with the business operation team and will assist with the same.
