I've tried to open a new case several times over the past few days using both the original case portal and the new AppSwitcher with no case created! I keep getting "Something went wrong!."
Why can't I create a case? What happened?
Have you been able to successfully create a case in the past? I ask because if you are not a technical contact for your district you will be unable to open a case (but you shouldn't even see it as an option).
