merging co teacher

I am trying to merge a coteacher (special ed teacher) who has students assigned with another teacher (reg ed) who also has students assigned.   How do I do this?

I am not sure what you mean by "merge" but if you'd like to add a Co-Teacher to a Section that is done on the Edit Section page.
