I knew when I got the May 13 2022 technote re: new CA dedicated phone line service that the service was going to get worse. It is worse than ever. I waited for more than an hour the other day. This morning I am still waiting for an answer; more than 30-minutes; started at 8:AM sharp.
What is going on? Did you get rid of staff? Honestly, this customer service is akin to Verizon or Comcast.
I don't think you understand your customers and the work we need to do. Please do better. Answer the phone, please.
