Transfer an IEP from one district to another

does anyone know how to request an IEP from another school district using powerschool. We have a new student on an IEP that transferred from another district and they use powerschool.

We recommend navigating to Administration | Utilities -> Students. First school would need to send transfer envelope then the New school would receive transfer envelope.
