Student Photos Missing from Main PowerSchool Screen

I have successfully uploaded every school's student photos. I have one school who cannot see the student photos on the Main PowerSchool screen. When they click on the FIND ME (binoculars) the student photo is there. 

This is a recent new school for our Board. Was something missed in School Set-Up to cause this?
