SchoolMint Importing to PowerSchool Missing info in demographics

For the last few years, our network has been using SchoolMint as our enrollment system(application submission, lottery, and registration). The biggest issue is when we import newly registered students into PowerSchool from SchoolMint the student's info is missing from the demographics section. Previously PowerSchool has shared with us that they are removing the demographics section but it's still there. The student's info populates into the Contacts section of PowerSchool but our office admin still has to manually work on getting that student's info into the demographics section. 

Is there a way to have the info auto-populate in the demographics section? Or is the field mapping being done incorrectly?

I have the same issue. I just export from 

guardian_fn

guardian_ln

ca_guardian2_fn

ca_guardian2_ln

and import into 

guardian1_first

guardian1_last

guardian1

guardian2_first

guardian2_last

guardian2
