My son can't login to the app. SSO directs him to "approve" the sign in, but then presents the arched. It appears to be a captcha that isn't there. We can't get beyond this page. We have tried scrolling up, uninstalling & re-installing, logging in on the web & then trying, & turning the ipad off/on again.
