SFTP Connection Error

I'm working with a school's IT to set up an SFTP connection to push a csv containing student data to an SFTP server. We have the credentials set up using an public/private key pair but we're getting a connection error.

The key pair was added to the Key Store under Digital Certificate Management. Name, Protocol, Host, Port, Authentication Type, Username, Key Certificate Alias, and Fingerprint were filled in for the Remote Connection.

Hi @DavisT1

This error normally means that PowerSchool is unable to connect to the SFTP server with the information provided, and there could be wrong information.

We recommend reaching out to the school district administrator, who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool Support team on your behalf and assist you further in resolving the issue.
