Running eligibility

Good morning,

I work with the athletic department and I am needing a way to be able to run eligibility for a specified group that I place in under "Activities: Fall Sports" right now it is running the whole school with failing grades and I just need the specified student-athletes that I have placed under that specific category.

Is there any way you can help me with this?

You can search for the students in your activity by searching

[field name]=1

You can then run your report for the selection instead of the whole school.

Our school is new to Powerschool, but I created a "Stored Selection" of the students on the team (on the start page), then I run progress reports for the team using the Special Functions option.  This may be a roundabout way to do it, but it is working!

Similar to how apps like the Sportzfy app keep things focused on specific players or teams rather than the entire roster, it could be worthwhile to see if there is a custom report or grouping filter option. Your system administrator or support staff may need to enable or direct you to the proper filter configuration if that function isn't immediately apparent so you're just monitoring the athletes you've designated.
