Reportworks Failed

Sorry this must be a silly question, but I can't get my reportworks to work. When I click on the error message it says "no data" 

Can anyone help?

First thing to do is restart ReportWorks.

I have already tried the restart, I have even restarted the server. I keep getting error messages error code 0, Error message no data found. Is there something I need to set on the powerschool side?

I would open a case with PowerSchool if you have already done those things.
