ReportWorks Failed Report

Hello,

I have not been able to successfully run reports with ReportWorks. Specifically, I need to run the Monthly Student Attendance report on the State tab, but every time I try it says that the status is failed. I've been able to run these reports before, it is just within the last couple of weeks that it hasn't been working. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to resolve? Thank you.

The first thing to do is to restart ReportWorks at System>System Settings>Server Reset. You should only restart:

Restart the OLAP tomcat service (includes ReportWorks)
