We’re excited to announce that the Permission Click 25.9.1.0 release is targeted for deployment on 09/18/2025. A separate communication will be posted once the release is deployed.
Bug | Description |
Admin - Delete Form Draft | Previously, when an admin edited a published form, users accessing the public link saw a message indicating the form was under editing and could submit their email to be notified once it was available. However, if any email notifications were requested, the admin couldn’t delete the form. This issue has now been resolved and forms can be deleted regardless of pending notification requests. |
Admin - Form Payments | When the admin attempted to update the Parent Pays and You Collect fields while editing ticket prices in the Form Editor, the changes did not update immediately. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Form Templates | When an admin attempted to publish a form template with an empty document workflow or response workflow, the template failed to publish, showing a blue spinning wheel that never loaded. This issue occurred because the system tried to reference the empty workflows during publishing. This issue has been resolved. |
Admin - Payment Refund |
Previously, when admins accidentally clicked the refund button multiple times in the Refund Payment option, it resulted in multiple refunds. This issue is now resolved. The Refund button will be greyed out to prevent such occurrences.
Note: This resolution does not apply to past double refunds already reflected in Stripe and reporting. |
Admin - Print Forms |
When an admin navigated to “Print Form” from the Actions drop-down when the form is in Draft mode, the School logo if present, appeared correctly. However, it did not show at all in the published form. This issue is now resolved to ensure the school logo also appears when the form is published. |
Admin - Report Editor | When the admin tried to view user information, such as names and organizations, within the Access and Visibility option in the report editor, it failed to display individual names or organizations. This issue has been resolved. |
