Report Clean Up

Using People Admin - our site has 150 built reports, most of which have not been run in 5+ years.  I'm attempting to delete the reports that have not been run in over two years, but I am frequently getting this error:  "This export definition has files and cannot be deleted, it has been deactivated."  What does this mean?  How can I delete the report?  I would REALLY like to not have to shuffle through 9 pages of reports to find something I need.

Hello @tmahan !

Reports from the Reporting section cannot be deleted from the system once they have been run.

As an alternative, you can rename them or repurpose the existing ones to suit your needs as far as columns and filters go.
