PowerTeacher Pro as Admin

I am an Admin and need the ability to go into a teacher gradebook and make changes. Currently, I only have the "read only" option. How would I change the settings to allow me the abillity to make changes if needed.

@sstanisci PowerSchool (absolutely correctly, IMO) respects the integrity of teacher gradebooks. There is no function to alter grades in Admin-view.

In order to make changes to a gradebook you must be a Lead or Co-Teacher on the section (or another role, depending on how you have set the rights on your Co-Teaching roles).

At the admin level you only have Read Only access. As a work around in our district, when admin have to make changes like this we have a policy in place that allows us to attach ourselves to the course as a co-teacher with full access to the gradebook. You would then just have to log into PowerSchool Teacher to access the gradebook.

Again, I would be mindful of policies currently in place in your district.
