PowerSchool/Teacher Report Comments

Does anyone have instructions on how to navigate to the report card comments section of PowerSchool/Teacher?

I am usually good with software/websites but this platform seems to sort of suck.

Also, does anyone know the character limit for report comments?

The character limit for comments in PT Pro is set at the school or district-level on the Admin side of PowerSchool. See attached.

I do not understand what this means:
