PowerSchool-Health-Office Visit-Visit Type

No option to select "Visit Type" in the Office Visit of the Health section. With there being no options, it is not allowing me to save my health visit documentation meaning that I am unable to document health visits in PowerSchool because it states that this is a required field. Is there a solution to this? Pictures attached for reference. Thank you!

Visit Type needs to be set up in the Code Sets.

We recommend making sure that the Enable Enhanced Health is checked.  You can navigate to District Office > District Setup > Code Sets. To add or change Visit Types, select 'Visit Type' from the Code Sets drop-down and from there you can add or edit any that you would need.

Do you know how to get information in the dropdown menus for the screenings section? There are no choices under ours at the moment?

thank you but that is not what I am looking for.

There should be a complete and exhaustive list for all health code set options. I have seen it, about 40 legal size pages, just can not find it now.

Our code set list got whittled down by previous staff and now it is not complete and I am looking to rebuild it.

You can add whatever you want in there, so I do not understand what you mean by "all Health Code set options."

Did you ever find this list? We are setting up PowerSchool for the upcoming school year and it would be nice to have examples for what go in certain code sets. The categories are different than what I'm used to so I want to make sure I have all the info our RNs need entered.

But is there a reference page for all the codes we might need for the clinic visits page dropboxes? Seems like we would all use a lot of the same ones and this should be provided somewhere instead of individually reinventing this...

Can you delete visit types that have already been used?
