PowerLunch/SchoolPay Autosend Issues

We are trying to receive payments and write back transactions between PowerLunch and SchoolPay. Payments are currently processing and being received however, the balance has not been writing back. SchoolPay tells us that the correct file is sent at 10:10pm and then another incorrect file overwrites it at 3am something. We cannot see anything in our PowerSchool that would autosend at that time. Our State PowerSchool contact believes that it is a SchoolPay issue, but they keep telling us it's a PowerSchool issue. My state PowerSchool rep has put a ticket in for PowerSchool engineering but he said he has had tickets pending with no assigned engineers for up to 6 weeks with no contact. Does anyone have any wisdom that they could provide?

@spotifypie - I can't see your reply here, but did receive your email. Thank you! I will work on the suggestions that you noted and hope I find the solution somewhere along the line.
