I am a substitute teacher. I am currently receiving job notifications through phone calls and am unable to switch it to text notifications. I’ve contacted the help desk at my school board and they said I’m set up on their end so should just need to change it in my profile. I have done this and am still not receiving text messages for jobs. I’ve spoken to other teachers who have done this following the same steps I did and theirs works. The school board even reset my account on their end still no luck. Any suggestions as to what the problem would be?
